While planing your wedding, you're going to have TONS of questions. I'm here to help ease that process.

You'll be wondering what the norm is for wedding photography. What does a typical wedding photography timeline look like? What will I receive from you as my wedding photographer?

 

I can help you with all of that :) I will share answers to frequently asked questions and concerns from past clients.

When creating beautiful images, I'll share with you what works best and how to make you feel your best in front of the camera. I want to ensure my couples have an amazing experience and can live in the moment - one of the biggest moments of their lives to say.

 

I focus heavily on the couple's experience and making that process smooth for them. Your investment with us is to cater to your needs so that we make your wedding day perfectly how you imagined it.

What are your prices?

This is a popular question we are asked, and every couple is different!

 

Our services focus heavily on client experience and our collections are customized to your needs.

We discuss your investment and what's included in each collection/session during your initial consultation. We have personalized collections to cater to every bride.

What is your pricing?

 

 

 

 

Are digital files included?

High-resolution digital files are included as a deliverable with all print products.

We define high resolution as a jpeg image with a resolution of 3500 (or more) pixels on the long side of the image.

These images have no watermark and include a copyright release.

 

 

 

 

Do we get copyright? 

As a professional photographer, we maintain ownership over the copyright for images we create for a few reasons. But luckily, we DO include a personal image usage release with your digital files.

We retain the copyright with purpose and it's for those times when we see that a photographer/company has used our images in their portfolio.

 

This happens a lot more often than you think we need to have the authority to send them a cease and desist letter demanding they remove our work from their site. 

Retaining our copyright allows us to enforce this.

 

 

 

 

How many hours of coverage is included?

We offer full coverage of your wedding day. We do not charge on an hourly basis.

 

We cover your wedding from about 2-3 hours before the ceremony until your event concludes.

Generally this is after the grand exit. If there isn't one, we will stay until you tell us it's OK to leave.

 

 

 

 

Do you travel for weddings?

YES we do!

We travel for weddings and yes even have our passports too :)

One of our collections includes travel anywhere within NC.

All travel is billed at cost so no surprises.

Your wedding date is locked down once we receive your deposit and you have signed your wedding agreement.

We don't hold tentative dates because we may be in a situation where the same date is being discussed amongst multiple couples.

We will give the couple who contacted us first the opportunity to lock in their date first. If they go in a different direction then we will honor the date to the next couple and so forth.

 

 

 

 

How do I secure my wedding date?

 

 

 

 

How long until we see our photos?

We're not super human so the normal turn around time for delivery of wedding proofs is three to five* weeks.

 

This includes professional enhanced images posted to your private gallery.

 

Although, our grand wedding collection includes expedited delivery of two weeks.

Portrait sessions are a bit different. At your portrait consultation we will schedule a purchasing appointment for two weeks later to view and discuss your photos. This makes is easier to guide you through the selection process.  

*Delivery time may be closer to five weeks during busy season.

 

 

 

 

Do we get every photo you take?

No not every single one.

 

We take hundreds of images at weddings, and not every single one is perfect. We carefully select those images throughout your day that are usable.

We do not deliver any unusable images to clients.

 

 

 

 

How do you handle payments?

We bill in three installments based on the total cost of your collection.

  • 25% non-refundable deposit of your total cost that locks in your date.

  • The second installment is due ninety days before your wedding date.

  • The final installment is due two weeks before your wedding date.

 

 

 

 

Do you only photograph weddings & engagements?

No, we offer a variety of portrait sessions as well.

We have photographed maternity portraits, families, seniors and more. Pricing varies upon event or individual session.

Can we add additional products to our collections?

OF COURSE!

 

Our collections are fully customizable and you can always add on additional items.

We offer an à la carte menu which allows clients to build their ideal collection.

 

 

 

 

Do your offer bridals sessions?

Yes, Yes, Yes!

We love doing bridal sessions aside from your wedding day. This is a great opportunity to have some portraits done of you in a beautiful location. They are great to have framed and displayed on your wedding day as well.

PLUS - it gives you a chance to wear your dress more than once :)
